At Traveleo, we strive to provide professional travel, advisory, documentation, and support services with transparency and fairness.

Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before making any payment.

1. Service-Based Nature of Payments

Most payments made to Traveleo are for:

Professional consultation
Advisory services
Documentation support
Administrative assistance
Travel coordination
International career advisory
Research and support services

Since these services involve time, expertise, coordination, research, and administrative efforts, refunds may not be possible once work has commenced.

2. Cancellation by Client

Clients may request cancellation of services by contacting us through official communication channels.

However:

Consultation fees are non-refundable.
Processing fees and service charges already utilized are non-refundable.
Third-party charges already incurred cannot be refunded.
3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds, if applicable, shall be considered only in limited circumstances such as:

Duplicate payment
Payment made by technical error
Service not initiated within a reasonable timeframe due to internal reasons

Refund decisions shall be solely at the discretion of Traveleo management after reviewing the case.

4. Non-Refundable Components

The following are generally non-refundable:

Visa fees
Embassy fees
Government charges
Airline tickets
Hotel bookings
Insurance charges
Courier charges
Translation fees
Documentation charges
Third-party processing fees

Such components are governed by the policies of the respective providers.

5. No Refund for External Decisions

No refund shall be provided for:

Visa refusals
Employment rejection
Immigration rejection
Delayed approvals
Embassy decisions
Employer decisions
Travel restrictions
Policy changes by authorities

As these outcomes are beyond Traveleo’s control.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds, if any, may take 7–15 working days depending on banking and payment gateway processing timelines.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact Traveleo directly before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.

False or fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension of services and legal action where applicable.
